Objectives

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Assess the importance of understanding the sales cycle;
  • Explore the 7 steps in the sales cycle;
  • Discover the factors that drive sales as well as those that hinder them;
  • Evaluate what a 'normal sales cycle' looks like and how to manage unexpected delays;
