Sales coaching can be a powerful tool for growth and development. Its purpose is to facilitate the achievement of personal or professional goals, through a supportive and structured environment in which an individual can identify areas for growth, set goals and develop the skills and strategies needed to succeed.

Objectives

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Evaluate your default coaching style and explore the coaching spectrum;
  • Identify the critical skills that underpin your ability as a sales manager;
  • Review the common barriers when providing sales coaching;
  • Discover how to have effective conversations using the GROW coaching framework;
