Your vision can be described like a mission statement that can help you align personally and professionally. It is a powerful barometer that can keep you on track and an active compass when making big decisions.
Objectives
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- Review the importance of identifying a personal vision, and how it is interconnected with commitment and passion;
- Recognise why understanding your team members' vision can help both them and you;
- Determine the difference between interest versus commitment, and gauge the level of engagement from those around you;
- Evaluate the impact of your default actions;
- Assess the importance of delegation and setting priorities;
