Overview
Athletes are obsessed with preparation and planning because they recognise that to achieve their goals, they need to set themselves up for success and maximise the limited opportunities that they have to perform.
It is this mindset and obsession with preparation and planning that every salesperson should have towards each client interaction and meeting.
Objectives
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- Explore what meeting planning involves and the different types of sales meetings;
- Identify how to prepare and plan for each sales meeting;
- Establish the criteria to set up each meeting for success;
