Overview

Experience and hindsight are wonderful things, especially when they leave an impression which you hadn't foreseen or expected.

There is a lesson to be learnt in every experience a sales manager has. The key is taking a step back, reflecting, analysing and learning before implementing the necessary adjustments to improve future outcomes and results.

Objectives

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Identify the importance of situational awareness and knowing what is broadly going on around you;

  • Recognise when to step back and when to get involved;
