Course Overview
Aim: The delegate will learn to explore the different ways of approaching a negotiation and find a way to bring about a suitable resolution that works for you.
Learning outcomes:
By the end of this module the delegate can:
- Know how to break negotiation deadlock
- Explain the 3 step bargaining process
- Demonstrate use of unpredictability in negotiating
- Display how to increase the sense of value during the negotiation
