Overview
Each year, there are roughly 255 working days, although this varies depending on countries, with any local holidays that are observed. This number becomes fewer still when we take into account holiday allowance and time-off taken to recover from illness.
Suffice to say that time is precious in sales. The question is: Are you managing time effectively?
Objectives
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

- Identify the common time-wasters;
- Explore different strategies to manage time effectively;
- Discover how to cultivate new behaviours and habits for better time management;
