Sales managers must balance many activities and personalities, whilst developing strategies, operational plans and promoting a culture that encourages their teams to grow and improve for long-term success.

The only constant is change. To realise your potential, transformation is part of the process. This module provides aspiring sales managers and leaders an insight into understanding change, accepting it and how to proactively manage the process both for themselves and their team members.

Objectives

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Assess why embracing change is critical to success;
  • Review the role change plays, evaluating its impact and recognising the factors that influence resistance to change;
  • Recognise the role of mentors and trusted advocates when navigating change;
  • Identify the cause of frustrations and how to effectively manage them;
  • Evaluate ways to recognise bias and maintain a growth mindset;
