Course Overview
Problems are an unavoidable part of workplace environments. They could arise for many reasons, such as in relation to products, processes, and colleagues.
As a result, it’s necessary to have good problem solving skills. You should be able to tackle problems effectively and efficiently, with the available resources. This requires having a robust method to approach challenges.
In this course, you’ll learn the steps to effectively solving a problem, including starting with identifying the problem. Then you’ll learn about brainstorming, choosing, and implementing solutions.
This microlearning course is an animated video, with audio narration and a multiple-choice post-assessment.

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
