Course Overview

The most productive workers don’t necessarily work longer hours than their colleagues. Instead, they work more efficiently.

By managing your energy and concentration levels, you can get more done in the same time. This course shows you how.

You’ll learn how to work with your body’s natural energy cycle to make the most of your time. Then you’ll learn two techniques used by highly productive workers: the work sprint, and the Pomodoro Technique.

  • Know how to manage your natural energy cycle
  • Know the “time sprint” productivity technique
  • Know the “Pomodoro Technique” for working in a flow state
