Course Overview

In this module, you will learn what dignity and respect is, why it matters, how to respond to disrespectful behaviour in the workplace and support those affected by it, as well as learning how to build, maintain and reinforce a respectful, dignity-centred culture. By the end of the module, learners will be more confident in recognising disrespectful behaviour, taking appropriate action, and promoting a culture where everyone feels valued, heard and supported.
