Course Overview

In this course, we'll define change management and explore its benefits in the workplace. You'll learn how to manage change effectively to minimise disruption and maximise success. We'll cover the risks of change management, including how to identify them, assess their impact, and take steps to mitigate or eliminate them.

You'll gain an understanding of the different types of risk associated with change, including financial, operational, and reputational risks, and learn how to manage them effectively. By the end of this course, you'll have the tools and knowledge to develop a change management plan, minimise risks, and ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and successfully.

This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
