Target Audience:

Anyone who wants to lead and manage a high-performance team, and would like to learn a structured approach to getting sustainable results.

This is a course for beginners and experienced managers alike, so there are no pre-course requirements. Although we would recommend potential delegates to have covered the content in our "Creating High-Performance Teams" course beforehand.

Some familiarity with managing teams could also be helpful.
