This is Part 3 of the Coaching Skills for Managers course series. There will be some common obstacles faced in coaching relationships within a managerial context. We'll cover strategies for when both coach and coachee feel "stuck," ensuring accountability, maintaining ethical boundaries, managing the impact of work-life stress, and engaging reluctant participants in the coaching process.
