Learn how to work with people who are just… difficult. This course introduces the seven psychological types who make life especially challenging, breaks down what makes them so tricky to work with, and provides detailed tips and strategies for dealing with them. Guided by audio narration and engaging with interactive exercises.

Course Objectives

You will learn how to:

  • How to recognise the seven types of difficult person
  • Strategies for dealing with each of the seven types
  • How to manage difficult colleagues or customers
  • How to cope with difficult people outside the workplace
  • Tips and strategies for dealing with difficult situations

The course also includes a short assessment, so learners can test their mastery of the material
