The removal of the default retirement age focused all our minds on what can be covered in a performance review or workplace discussion if someone is close to the previous retirement age.

This elearning video course will give you all the information you need, using a video and interactive material, to hold a constructive and legally compliant discussion with employees. UK ACAS guidance is also included. You may want to complete the Constructive Performance Review module for more in depth advice on how to have a constructive review discussion.
