Overview

Sexual harassment can be a hidden problem in many office environments – it creates a hostile environment and can harm both productivity and mental health. The introduction of the Worker Protection Act 2023 placed greater responsibility on employers to prevent it occurring. In this course we’ll take a look at what sexual harassment is, how it should be challenged, and what employers must do to prevent it.
