Overview

A 4-module course covering manager response to disclosure, NZ-specific Code of Practice obligations, and psychosocial-factor groups under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA) framework. Approximately 80 minutes total. Course delivered in English (New Zealand edition).

Target Audience:

Line managers, HR business partners, EHS leads, in-house counsel, and senior managers at any New Zealand employer (PCBU under HSWA).
