Overview

The purpose of this course is to help you improve your resilience. Life can be full of challenges that can leave you feelings stressed, overwhelmed, or worse. The more resilient you are, the less these life challenges bother you, which, in turn, makes you less stressed and able to cope when the bigger challenges come along.

By the end of this course, you will understand what resilience is, and have two techniques to help you to build your own resilience levels.

  • The impact of life’s challenges
  • How to apply the Circles of Influence and Control resilience technique
  • How to apply the Refocus resilience technique
