Overview
We all have mental health and just like our physical health it needs time and attention to ensure that we are giving ourselves the care that we need.
Self-care techniques and general lifestyle changes can help manage symptoms of many mental health problems. They may also help prevent some problems from developing or getting worse.
This module provides guidance and tips on self-care, along with raising awareness of common mental health issues.
This course has a minimum of 25 learner registrations for us to provide a quotation.
