Crisis prevention eLearning Course
Overview
Remember that episode of The Big Bang Theory where Sheldon decides to leave for a few weeks because there is too much change? It was somewhere between seeing James Earl Jones in a towel and Penny getting that weird haircut… Anyway, Sheldon’s character was suffering with intense anxiety and when it all got too much, he had an emotional breakdown.

But, things change, and just like Sheldon, it’s possible to find yourself in a situation where you feel overwhelmed and unable to cope.
