About the Course

Every worker needs to understand work-related violence and aggression because it can happen at any time, in any job role, and in any industry.

Employees and managers in customer-facing roles in particular will benefit from gaining more knowledge on this subject, as they are sadly at greater risk of experiencing violence and aggression during their working lives. They may find the sections on how to respond if they are faced with this situation most useful in avoiding an escalation of violence.
