Overview

In this course you will play the role of a team leader at Telcall a customer services company who are reviewing their fire safety practices. Your challenge is to help employees understand their fire safety duties. 

Objectives

In this course you will learn:

  • The factors that lead to workplace fires
  • How to spot fire hazards at work
  • How to evacuate safely
  • The importance of fire wardens and PEEPs (personal emergency evacuation plans)
  • When and how to use firefighting equipment
