Course Overview

In this course, we will explore FCA's new Consumer Duty, focusing on its definition, key principles, compliance rules, and potential breaches. Participants will gain insights into the regulatory framework and its implications for financial services firms. By the end of the course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the FCA's new Consumer Duty, its core principles, compliance requirements, and the importance of upholding consumer-centric practices within the financial services sector.

This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
