Overview

Whistleblowing is when an employee reports certain types of wrongdoing. The type of wrongdoing and other considerations determine whether anyone raising a concern would be protected by whistleblowing laws. As whistleblowing can be beneficial for individuals, organisations and their customers, it’s useful to know what is classed as whistleblowing and what is not.
