Overview

With both a legal and moral obligation to identify and report suspicions, this course provides a clear and practical overview of how criminals exploit the system and what you must do to stop them. You'll explore key legislation, such as POCA, the Fraud Act, the Bribery Act, the Criminal Finances Act, and more.
