Preventing Radicalisation and Extremism eLearning Course
Overview
This course has been designed in line with the UK’s Prevent strategy, which aims to stop radicalisation and extremism escalating to terrorism, and will equip learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, understand, and address the factors contributing to radicalisation in individuals. Learners will complete two modules, starting with an introduction to the topic, followed by a more in-depth look at safeguarding in the workplace. To bolster the vital message of this course, expert-led videos and real-life case studies have been utilised, both of which promote a deeper understanding of the topic and provide important context. While this course will be particularly useful to those working in the public sector, it is vital that everyone understands the risks and knows how and when to act.
