Objectives
After completing this course, I’ll be able to:
- Explain the differences between UK Data Protection and EU Data Protection laws
- Describe the adequacy changes made by the EU in June 2021 to UK Data Protection legislation
- Recognise what the European Strategy for data is
- Compare the Data Governance Act
