Overview
If you handle customer card payments in your job role, you have a responsibility to keep cardholder data safe from fraud and to follow procedures laid down by the Payment Card Industry.
Training staff in credit card security awareness is part of a merchant agreement with the card provider and this highly interactive module will support business managers and operational staff to understand the 6 goals and 12 requirements of the PCI standard by applying different scenarios in the workplace.
