Course Overview

This module is a follow-up to our Sexual Harassment in the Workplace for Employees module.

It will teach you about an employer’s responsibility to prevent sexual harassment, how to respond to a sexual harassment complaint and how to support affected employees.  If employees feel supported and protected by their employees, it will result in higher job satisfaction, leading to higher productivity, improved quality and more beneficial outcomes for both the employee and the employer.
