Gender and Sexuality Awareness in the Workplace offers an insight on LGBTQIA+ employees’ experiences at work. The course explores the use of language and helps develop an understanding of common challenges. It explores how you can have a positive impact and promote inclusion in the workplace.

By the end of the course, trainees will be able to:
