In this track, we'll discuss unconscious and implicit bias. We'll learn what these terms mean, how they can make an environment discriminatory, and what we can do - and not do - to treat people equally.
We’ll also cover microaggressions through the lens of racism, including what they are and some examples of them. This is a great track for open-minded people looking to be more empathetic friends and colleagues, and businesses looking to improve their retention, success levels, and diversity.

- Learn the meaning of a ‘microaggression’, typical examples of one, and their impact in the workplace.
