In this course we’ll look at how to recognise our own biases, how to ask for help to identify our unconscious biases, and how to create sporting environments that enable everyone to participate fully in their chosen sport.
Unconscious bias can be a major issue in determining how people and groups are judged, which in turn may influence how we treat them.
