Brand reputation is the last module of the excellent Customer Experience suite. In this course, Christina Dolding, an award-winning, highly experienced consultant specialising in customer and colleague experience, explains the impact of customer experience on brand reputation and provides practical tips on creating brand trust. The course also explores what drives and how to boost brand reputation.
