Overview

Building relationships with customers is part of the excellent Customer Experience suite. In this course, Christina Dolding, an award-winning, highly experienced consultant specialising in customer and colleague experience, explains the importance of anticipating customers' needs to build positive relationships with them. The course also explores different types of customers and strategies for building better relationships with them.
