Foundations of customer experience is the first module of the excellent Customer Experience suite. In this course, Christina Dolding, an award-winning, highly experienced consultant specialising in customer and colleague experience, explains the importance of customer experience and why having a customer experience focused organisation will lead to positive business performance.
