Non-verbal communication is the transfer of information through physical signals, such as eye contact, facial expressions, gestures, posture and body language.
Understanding and interpreting non-verbal signals is a critical sales skill.

Objectives

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Discover what non-verbal communication is in sales and why it is important;
  • Examine the context and meaning behind non-verbal gestures and actions;
  • Distinguish between positive and negative body language;
  • Discover effective methods for utilising non-verbal communication in a virtual setting;
