Overview

Cultural Competence in the Workplace looks at what makes up culture, how we experience different cultures, and how culture informs the things we do and the ways we think. It looks at cultural competence as a skill that can be developed. Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions theory provides an objective model to consider how people might work as a group, deal with hierarchical power and handle change.
