Overview

When was the last time you were assertive? Perhaps it was when your local greasy spoon messed up your order. Or when your partner refused to take the bins out. Maybe it was at work. Or maybe not... No matter how confident you are in your daily life, being assertive in the workplace is easier said than done.

Being assertive is essential for making yourself heard, earning respect, and advancing your career. But you might find yourself sitting at the passive end of the spectrum, or muddling assertion with aggression. Luckily this course will help you find a happy, but assertive, medium.
