The modern world is full of digital images and photos, and this is only increasing due to the use of smartphones and social media. Human sight enables us to see and understand these visual references intuitively.

Scientists are currently trying to replicate this ability for computers. This field of technology is called Computer Vision.

In this course, you’ll learn what Computer Vision is. You’ll see some of the reasons why this is such a challenging field of computer science. Additionally, you’ll explore some common uses of Computer Vision.
