Overview

This Safeguarding Adults Level 2 course helps you recognise, respond to, and report concerns about adults at risk. You’ll learn how to spot signs of abuse or neglect, take the right steps when concerns arise, and understand your role in multi-agency working. The course is designed for anyone whose role includes adult safeguarding responsibilities and is aligned with the Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF).

Objectives

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Recognise signs of abuse and neglect in adults
  • Raise safeguarding concerns, record them clearly, and share information appropriately
  • Apply safeguarding principles and legislation in practice
  • Work effectively within multi-agency safeguarding arrangements
  • Maintain professional boundaries and respond appropriately to abuse by persons in positions of trust
