Overview

A 6-module decision-based scenario course covering practical compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. The learner makes Article 4 (AI literacy) decisions, runs an Article 50 transparency disclosure, navigates a high-risk hiring AEDT, manages a credit-line affected-person scenario, handles an Article 86 affected-person complaint, and faces a supervisory audit. Approximately 100 minutes total. Course delivered in English.

Target Audience:

Compliance managers, DPOs, L&D directors, HR leads, and product managers at EU companies (and EU-active companies) deploying AI in employment, customer-facing, or regulated decisions.

  • Navigate Article 50 transparency requirements (deepfake / chatbot disclosure)

  • Recognise prohibited Article 5 practices and high-risk Annex III triggers
  • Coordinate with the EU AI Office and national supervisory authorities
