Therefore, it's so important you take the time and make the effort to build great delegation skills. When you delegate well, sharing clear expectations, work gets done on time and with the desired level of quality. The Delegating Work courseware will help you delegate with clear expectations, get buy-in when delegating to others, and show you how to confront others when agreements are broken. All of which makes an effective delegator.
